Product Description

We are a leading global supplier of Bauxite and Aluminous Laterite. Bauxite is the principal ore which is used in making Aluminium metal. We are a preferred to supply Bauxite to some of the largest Aluminium producers in China, CIS countries and the Middle East. Kaushal enterprise’s Gibbistic bauxites can be processed at relatively lower temperatures (145 ºC to 155 ºC) thorough autoclave digestion. They can be used also for sweetening stage and for non-autoclave digestion in agitators (105 ºC). Kaushal enterprise’s experience in the chemical, mineralogical and metallurgical evaluation of the Bauxite, make it a formidable constituent of the global Bauxite supply chain. Kaushal enterprise copious and versatile reserves are suitable for nearly all of the applications.

We have significant interest in up the Bauxite value chain especially in the refractory Access to the best technologies to produce value added Bauxite products like Calcined Bauxite.

Iron ores are rock and mineral from which metallic iron can be economically extracted. The iron ore are usually rich in iron oxide and vary in colour from dark grey, bright yellow, or deep purple to rusty red. The iron itself is usually found in the form of  magnetite  (Fe3O4, 72.4% Fe), hematite (Fe2O3, 69.9%Fe) gothetit (FeO(OH), 62.9% Fe), limonite (FeO(OH)·n(H2O), 55% Fe) or siderite (FeCO3, 48.2% Fe).

Ores containing very high quantities of hematite or magnetite (greater than about 60% iron) are known as “natural ore” or “direct shipping ore”, meaning they can be fed directly into iron-making Blast furnaces. Iron ore is the raw material used to make pig iron, which is one of the main raw materials to make steel—98% of the mined iron ore is used to make steel.Indeed, it has been argued that iron ore is “more integral to the global economy than anyother commodity, except perhaps oil”.

We have a substantial resource base of superior quality iron ore with high Fe (iron) content and bulk density. The Fe content varies between 63 to 66 percent, which makes it one of the best quality materials available in the country. The potential of the proven deposit, as well as the quality and quantity of reserves, are good enough to sustain the mining operations for more than next two decades at the current operating capacity.

Bentonite is an absorbent aluminium phyllosillicate clay consisting mostly of montmorillonite. The different types of bentonite are each named after the respective dominant element such as potassium (K), sodium (Na),calcium (Ca), and aluminium (Al). Experts debate a number of nomenclatorial problems with the classification of bentonite clays. Bentonite usually forms from weathering of volcanic ash, most often in the presence of water. However, the term bentonite, as well as a similar clay called tonstein, has been used to describe clay beds of uncertain origin. For industrial purposes, two main classes of bentonite exist: sodium and calcium bentonite. In stratigraphy and tephrochronology, completely devitrified (weathered volcanic glass) ash-fall beds are commonly referred to as K-bentonites when the dominant clay species is illite. In addition to montmorillonite and illite another common clay species that is sometimes dominant is kaolinite. Kaolinite-dominated clays are commonly referred to as tonsteins and are typically associated with coal.

With our expertise in Bentonite mining & processing, our extensive & versatile reserves of high quality Sodium and Calcium Bentonite which are mined and processed carefully into several grades. These are in different forms such as dried & crushed lumps, granules, powder to micronized powder, catering to diverse needs of clients.

Our Bentonite products caters to a wide range of industries starting from the conventional usage areas of Iron Ore Pelletisation, Drilling, Metal Casting, Construction, Cat Litter etc. to value added areas such as paper, detergents , Animal feed etc.
